Sessions go for as long as they need whether that’s 30 mins, 60 mins, 90 mins or more. There’s nothing worse than knowing you have to rush through an aha-moment because your session is almost over.
After each session, you will receive a written summary and usually a practice/homework that we've crafted up in our conversation. The intention of the homework is to further test and apply your discoveries IRL.
When you complete your program, you will receive a complimentary tune-up session. I'll send you an email reminder around the 3 month mark.
